Solid mounted Metal will rattle your brains out., I had these in my BB 454 and they made everything rattle. Not sure what Metal interlocking is?
clink,
A good quality standard interlocking motor mount will work very well unless you are running lots of torque. I am assuming that you have a small block. The same mounts were used for both big and small block motors. So a small block would have to make some real torque to exceed the ability of a big block to break a mount. The standard mount will also absorb vibration and make your teeth last longer.

I have Energy Suspension's Poly safety (locking) mounts on my ZZ4. I like them. The old mounts were rubber non-locking and when I removed the left hand bolt during the engine change the mount fell on the floor of my garage!!!

I am running stock mounts. I blew my left one shortly after rebuilding my car. I put in another stock mount but chained the left side of the block. Not tight but left some movement. The engine rotates about 1" now and have not blown the mount. Seems to work great. Good luck.
If your car is making a substantial amount of hp/tq get Energy Suspension poly mounts (trans also). They'll likely be the last ones you'll ever have to buy.
I am running the poly motor, tranny, and rear diff mounts. Should be solid as a rock but will probably rattle my teeth out. I will post more when I get to test them out. Good news is that I will never have to replace them. Even if they suck
