ok, thats not to bad, I asume there is a stock non functional unit in there now. you have to pull it out from the passenger side. Remove the side console panel, all the front hardware from the radio. There are I think 2 screws in the bottom of the center dash, they go in from the bottom thru the shifter panel at the front. There are a couple more screws at the top of the center panel and maybe a couple on the side, remove those. this will get the radio mostly loose, there will be a power connector and speaker wire connector on the back and an antenna connection, remove those. The radio will come out with a bit of wiggling. Be very carefull with the console panels, they are a bit fragile and expensive to replace.
If all this is too much (shouldn't be) but if it is, take it to best buy or most any competent sterio shop, they can handle it. Its a 2 hour 3 beer job.

I ended up taking mine to a little father and pop shop (same place that took my engine out and put it back in) to get it working right. However, mine was a best buy mp3 cd player. Fit fine and such, but the wires were different.
