Default need help identifying what these headers will work on!

hey everyone. I am more with the C-4 crowd, as I have a 95 firebird myself. But, my dad has had a set of corvette headers that supposedly came off a vette with a big block in it. They are the side exit type, like the long tube headers go back just behind the front wheel well, then go out to the rockers and follow the rockers and have turnouts right before the rear tires. They look really nice, I don't think there is any rust on them, but I was hopin maybe someone can help me figure out what exactly they would fit. Like I said, big block side exit headers... Any ideas? Does the big block narrow it down or not?

He is wanting to sell them, as they are not doing us any good, and we want to get our father son project car going, so how much would these babies be worth to the right person??

Thanks in advance!
~Cody

lol I see. Well, I will try to get some pics up tomorrow. I have college in the AM, and work in the PM until 7, so hopefully after that I can snap some quick pics.
Thanks!

sounds like a pair of Hooker sidemounts... but then again I could be wrong... and as Tony has pointed out, condition is a biggie.

we need pics.

Well, these things have been hangin in my dads garage for as long as I can remember... I didn't clean them up or anything. It looks like there may be some surface rust where the primaries come together.

BB? Do you mean Big Block? Or is that a brand name? The primaries look huge, as does the side pipes. They would flow some mean exhaust gases! I have not seen a 95 firebird with side mount exhaust, but I bet it would look sweet! Too bad these are not even close to fitting my small block 385...

Hmmm those could probably bring you some decent dough. I saw a set of brand new hooker lakepipes go for like $600 on ebay.

You said they came off a corvette, so that's what they'll fit. Probably nothing else.

As for what they're worth, depends on how well they clean up, and which mufflers are in them. New ones are anywhere from $1200-$1500 depending on where you get them from.

Well, I guess I thought they were a specific kit. So you could use just the headers or just the side pipes? cool! Also, it doesn't appear to have any mufflers on them, just hollow pipes. So this bitch would be loud! Damn I wish they would fit on my bird now! Looks like Ill have to get them cleaned up and make sure there is no rust damage and get these babies down the road! I really appreciate you help so far, and if anyone else has comments, feel free to post up!
Thanks!

well you need both the headers and the pipes , but they can be ordered/ purchased serately. The mufflers would be inserted into the pipes , sperate them from the headers and peek inside to be sure
