Newbie looking for balancer advice
and it is very addictive. It has been a long time since I have owned
a vette but in the past I had a 66,72,73,78 along with 69,79
Camaros. For now I'm chasing down parts to build a high strung
355 and need a SFI balancer. The TCI rattler, Fluidamper, ATI
all use a different design, I'm leaning toward the TCI rattler.
Opinions please on which design may be the best.
would be a very poor street engine and would see little
street use. The cam, heads, intake will like to run above
4500 rpm and the engine will need to be in very good balance.
I will need a SFI flywheel and scattersheild so I can keep my
feet intact. Do you think the SFI fluidamper may be better then
the TCI rattler? I'm not to wild on the ATI it seems to be mostly
a revamp of the factory elastomer balancers.
