Default Wich heads...

hey guys at the begining of my engine rebuild i asked my engine guy which heads i have n he said they are closed chambered from a 427 car...but when i looked up the head # 14092359 it tells me there from a open chambered 427 truck....i told him this n he swears there closed chambered....now he's an experienced engine man who knows his stuff so how could we have this contradiction....there is no closed chambered # even close so could the stamped # have been wrong...i just want 2 know which heads i have......thanx...

A closed chamber head looking at the chamber will look more
like your bathtub, open chamber head will look closer to a round
shape.

If you have a fancy bath tub. Closed chamber= kids bath tub.
Hope I have been of some help.
