My next project is to fab a cold air duct for my 383/tpi. It will come over the radiator frame and enclose the tpi air filter. It will have some odd bends and angles so sheet metal is out.
Any suggestions?
I think you can use a 1990-up TPI snorkel from a C4. There are a few people that have done this, I'm sure someone will respond. I think Patsnitrovette had this on his before he switched to an LS-1.
BBShark,
Good idea on the C4 snorkle. I'll look into it but I don't think there is sufficient clearance above the radiator frame or in front of my AC condenser to clear the hood when it's up.
This might sound odd Flynhi but you can also try RCUniverse and go to forums and look into the composit section and you will find lots of ways to work with the glass. I could give an idea or two but the forum is not large enough lol.
