Hesitation upon very light acceleration
When I give it the gas to speed up, change lanes etc., the car hesitates very slightly then goes smoothly. Any ideas?
Here is what I have: 350/370 LT-1, 800 holley with vac sec (factory carb), 34 total advance, rebuilt carb last year, 70 pri jets (FACTORY), 65 power valves in both prim and sec, mixture screws at 1-1/4 turns out (does not seem to matter where set, car still hesitates)

It could be a number of things but the first thing that comes to mind is your accelerator pump. It's designed to squirt fuel to cover up the bog when transitioning from idle to jets & if it's tired it'll cause your exact problem.
