Alright, well I have all the concepts down, but what I need to know now is the current specifications on my L82. Where can I find these current specifications about the stock camshaft, rocker arms, lifters, etc?

L82 has stamped steel rockers arms with 1.5:1 ratio. L82 has hydraulic flat tappet cam & lifters. L82 Cam Specs: Adv dur 291I*/287E*, 224*I/224E* dur @0.050", valve lift w/ 1.5:1 RAR: .450"I/.460"E, lobe separation angle 114.5*.

Summit has two nice cam kits:
K1103: 214*/224* @ 0.050", .442"/.465"
K1105: 224*/234" @0.050", .465"/.488"

SpeedPro/Sealed Power has equivalent:
SP KC1013R same as Sum K1103
Also, my pick for what it seems you're trying to do is:
SP KC1062R: 220*/231* @ 0.050", .468"/.480", 110* lsa ... my pick.

Am running the Summit K1103 with 1.6 rockers, good street cam for a mild 350, good low end torq and power up to 5000 (maybe a little higher)

TRy changing the rockers 1st to 1.6 ratio....so much quicker than changing the cam.

well, pretty much everything is getting replaced, and I'm all set to take out the current stock cam. New carb, manifold, looking into side pipes, and aluminum heads with a smaller cc to increase compression. But I didn't know the exhaust and intake had different lift. Is this part of the lobe design, or is this built in somewhere in the lifters or pushrods?

And what about roller rockers? What is the benefit of a roller rocker vs. a standard rocker?

Kind of hit and miss with changing rockers. Some engines gain going to the higher ratio rockers, while others the gain is minimal.
