I bought custom flanges a bunch of U bends and collectors from Headers By Ed for about $450.
Now all I gotta do is weld :smash: them together :D:D:D
I think the guys that make them for you charge $1-2K depending on complexity

I'm having a set made as we speak. For some strange reason, there aren't any company's that make 2" stepped to 2 1/8" headers for 18* heads with a tall deck small block that fits in a C3 Corvette chassis ;). Anyway, they run from about $1200-$1800 for mild steel with CNC flanges, and ceramic coated. If you want stainless, they're about $2500+.

You mean thats an unusual combination? Sheesh, you'd think there'd be a million of em out there!
And I thought I was the only one with custom exhaust requirements...1 3/4" x36" side exhaust on 1/2" rasied ports
