Ususally if you peel one corner off you can pull the entire tint off no need to start scraping w/ a razor blade.
TT, maybe in your cooler climate, but here in Floirda that tschit bakes itself on that glass, it's nearly impossible to remove...gotta use a razor and some solvent crap, it's that bad....
bought a used Saturn for my daughter some years ago, and to get it through Maryland inspection, the tint had to be removed....it was a capital BITCH....
My car came from Kalifornia and had tint on it when I got it, it was pretty sticky but the tint came off pretty easily, the adhesive however, that's another story, I had to use some pretty potent industrial cleaner to get it off
I remove window tint with an inspection sticker scraper with razor blade in it and high strength rubbing alcohol...the 85% stuff from your local pharmacy...does the job.
Anyway, a sharp razor and soapy water in a spray bottle works great, alchol too. The film will usually come up once you lift the corner. The adhesive needs a little liquid on it, then scrape until you don't fell the blade catching on anything. Work in small sections and it's not bad.
Great info guys but I found that if you spray the glass with 'Simple Green' and then take a plastic garbage bag cut to the shape of the glass, place the bag on the inside of the window and presws it against the glass so that it is semi-adhered, trapping the solvent between the bag and glass; the tinting becomes soft and is easier to remove.
just spray the inside with water then put a garbage bag over the window, just make sure it is in the sun or it a little warm. after about 10 minutes the tint peels right off, no film left on, all including glue comes right off.
good lluck

what if that doesn't cut the glue and if it's on the back window ??? don't want to scrape off the rear-de-frost?????

Depends on the type of tinting used. The crap on my door glasses and big back window (Jeepers!!! It was purple?!) would not peel and defied everything I used to attempt to strip it. Razorblade scraper was the only thing which worked.

Yeh, I"m saying from my limited experiences with it, that tschit is all over the map depending on age and mfgr and glues....
and with super intense sunlight, I swear it changes into some sort of female gorilla snot on her monthly time....
