Default Whats wrong with zip products??

I have placed my order days ago and still no reply from their "customer service" than automatic reply. My order has been days in" Waiting for order approval" !?!?!? Internet shopping should be most easy for any company. Just print the order out and pic em up from shelf. No bs on the counter .

Wes,anybody, WAKE UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zip has been bending over backwards for their customer service. You know the net, it's not always reliable. I would pick up the phone.

ZIP is my favorite aftermarket provider. I've used them for years and never had a problem. Call them. They're fine folks.

I'll throw in a thumbs up for them as well, I deal with them face to face since I pass them on the way to and from work every day. They are a good bunch of people. As previously stated, maybe something went wrong over the computer. I can imagine why you'd try to do business over the net from Finland, but in this case, it may be best to call.

I've had this same issue. Check if any of your items are on back order. If one of your items is on BO, they hold your entire order until it arrives. They won't release the rest of your items for shipping unless you specifically call and ask them to. It's a PITA

You are right! I have 2 items backordered and 25 are in stock! I have emailed them and told just to send the 25 items straight ahead and two backordered when they arrive.

Call call call ... i know but check my sig please. I would prefer sleeping in the night rather than trying to call otherside of the planet. This is the reson why email and net has been invented

I am sure they all are great people But i still want some action after i have given my cc # in

They'll probably be open if you call them after dinner time over there. I like to order online also but sometimes there's just no other way than picking up the phone...or bombard them with emails LOL

If you are willing to pay the shipping on two packages rather than just one I am sure they can accommodate you.

They eat the extra costs for shipping two orders... At least they did on mine.

The catalog is on-line. Why do you ned a paper copy? I'm sure they are controlling costs and only printing them when needed. Unlike Corvette America who ships a 500 page catalog with EVERY order...oh, and by the way, generally has higher prices than ZIP...

while were on the subject, Ecklers is terrible compared to ZIP..at least in my recent experience...I made an order to Ecklers on the web, got an email confirming the order...and then it wnet into never never land. Sent them an email 5 days later requesting status of the order...no reply...I finally had to call today and ask wtf??? no such issues with ZIP.... cause J.T. is on his game!

Funny you should say that, I've dealt almost exclusively with Ecklers because of their service. I'm in Saudi and only have a P.O. Box in the States. Ecklers website says no P.O. Boxes, but I e-mailed them and they said no probs. My orders have always been shipped quite rapidly and they always answer my e-mails. Weird huh....?

I'm currently waiting on an answer from J.T. as Zip were the only people I could find that had a dash harness, although I find generally that Zip, Ecklers and Davies all have pretty much the same sort of stock with similar prices.

not sure what your point is... it's a matter of preference. not everyone want's to turn on a pc just to view parts and if your on the go, not every place has a pc and internet access. Zip offers a paper catalog, if you make a request for one, shouldn't they follow through and deliver? made a big purchase recently through...terrible Ecklers. from start to finish they were great, received all the correct parts and replied to all my emails. oh...and they sent me a paper catalog too.
