I have seen thier solid ones before. A guy I know that builds motors used them for a guy that runs a stock car in my area. They are big bucks I know!!!!! He says the tips on the solid ones are made out of moon rocks. Just kidding. They are made out of some kind of a non metal material which is pretty amazing. They wiegh practically nothing.

If i was going to do a motor all over again they are very cost effective. I'm on my second set of $550 crane solid roller lifters. That's $1100 why not just spend a little more and forget the failure of roller wheels.
