3" Drop Base Air Cleaner or 2" Regular??
What has the better air flow? Both will be 14" round and K&N element, but I can't decide which one has better flow. The 3" has more surface area, but half of it is below the carb opening. Wondering if 2" with everything above the carb would actually have better flow characteristics. Thoughts?
In the process of completing the install of the new 406 - it made 525hp and 551 ft/lbs of torque on the dyno. Trying to keep as much of that power as possible when it hits the road.
