I Missed Everybody!!!!

Thrashed to get the car done and finally fired it on Thursday night, after working out some bugs and getting a new inspection sticker on Friday was finally able to get down there.
Just wanted to say that I did look for the group in Carlisle, stopped by the ZIP tent and did get a chance to meet (sizzors (sp)) along with his female half? That was around 2pm and it looked like everyone had split. Did meet Jim's wife (JCL) after finding where he was, Jim you had already left, made a couple connections in the way of parts.
Show was great, definately dominated by the C4/C5 crowd, but the C3's did have a good number count (I thought so). One of my biggest thrills was taking the car up the street where the parade route started (at 6:15) and getting some thumbs up, I didn't see them, but the g/f did. It was her first show and she enjoyed it, (was a little worried).
Glad to hear everyone had a good time with no misfortunes. Maybe I'll catch up to ya next year (Hopefully better prepared).

I couldn't find anyone either, I was with a girl and we both were getting hot and tired hiking all around, but lo and behold, I couldn't fine another single corvetteforum member, Were where all you folks? :eek:

I too looked for forum members, and all I talked to were Zip reps who were really a great bunch. I really wanted to put faces with names but missed out. Next year for sure!
