Default 2 fer: dragging brake / steering issue

I either have a dragging parking brake or caliper. I had loosened the parking brake cable out considerably, and it still felt like it would stop too quick from a slow roll. I'm thinking it's a caliper not retracting.

I did replace the master cylinder recently and am wondering if the main piston in that is not retracting. The pedal feels like it's all the way up.

I replaced the steering box, power cylinder, ram, idler, pitman and all the hoses. I adjusted the ram as per instructions.

The steering feels hard. It tracks good and I just had it aligned. Should I start with the steering box adjusting and work my way down, or what?

once alignment is done there isn't much left. The box needs to be adjusted, use Garys paper for that. With a whole new steering system it will feel tight. Toe and Camber will affect the way it feels too.
For the brakes, get the wheels off the ground and see how free they turn, if a caliper is dragging you will be able to hear it. Pull the wheels and check for runout, shouls be under .002 I think the spec is. That verified and done, adjust the parking brake to spec.
Let us know and good luck
