Corvette Black Book
Exterior: Classic White, Silver, Black, Light Blue, Yellow, Dark Green, Light Beige, Red, Dark Brown and Dark Blue.
Interior: Black, Dark Blue, Dark Green, Light Beige, Oyster and Red.
It lists the suggested color combos and says additional combinations were possible.

Check the Forum Mall. Under books. They have an awesome book that details Corvette Id Numbers from 1953-1993. It has interior and exterior color combos with pics of colors used.
