A low of about 4 to 5 MPG to a high of around 18. If I kept my foot out of it I might squeeze 20+ with a Tremec .68 OD and 3.70 gears.

I let mine warm up 10 minutes before I go so I lose some there as well. I have a 385 so I thought I would still jump in on this thread. I have a TH350 with 4.11 gears and I get about 10-15 depending on how bad I jump on the gas.

I did a highway test when I installed the TKO 600. I got 19.7 mpg running between 70 & 90mph. 3.36 rear gear, .82 TKO 600 and 425hp 383. I was getting 17.4 with the super t10 on the same run.
