Thrush Side Pipes
...still not on car, but soon. I know I need to make brackets but question is: (1) should they be mounted solid or able to vibrate with engine (2) mount at front and rear or only at rear, front being held by exhaust (3) mount below side trim or cut trim to fit...looks like I need to notch front corner of fender to fit right. One more thing if I may, car has been parked for couple years (actually, last tag is for 2002) and now soft black orginal '74 steering wheel is sticky. Tried cleaning it with several things but not helping. By the way, car is running, don't tell cops I tried it out on road and insurance is paid and new tags should be on way from DMV soon...still peels rubber from get go with auto trans so not worried about it getting from here to there, just have to be during day until I get around to rebuilding the headlight actuators...fun,fun, fun
