Coilover question
On the front suspension, for example, the factory upper shock mount will now bear all of the weight that was previously carried by a much beefier part of the frame. Not only will it have to support just the weight of the car, but also all of the additional forces while cornering.
How will this shock mount hold up to those forces? Will it deform and crack, or is it strong enough?
Welding and complicated fabrication are not really options for me.
