What are the casting numbers for the 3-series and 4-series posi units?

Are you talking about the "carrier"?(what you see on the outside)The carrier is the same from 63-79 -3 or 4 series--The "case"(thats inside and the ring gear bolts to it) is diff. for 3 and 4----3 series is Eaton#32297----4 series isEaton# 32298

Sorry about the confusion. I was asking about the posi unit for a 1960.
I seem to remember them being 39745 and 39751, but am not for sure.
