Default And so it begins.....

After a long discussion with the wife about buying another Harley, she has talked me into not getting the bike but instead playing with our '81 Vette!
It's in very good shape to begin with but completely stock motor wise. So I am starting with putting on true-duel exhaust. This is something I've researched here and debated doing for the past 6 months or more, but it's time to do it.
I figure that sets me up to add other engine mods such as headers, heads, cam, manifold. I don't need to build a monster but who wouldn't like a few more ponies right?
Then once i'm done with the engine it's fresh paint (next year) and the year after that I'll redo the interior.

Ah yes, the fun begins!!!

I'll be at the Syracuse Nationals 7/14-16 at the State Fair grounds, if you get a chance stop by!
Here's as of 10:15am today:

NYS THRUWAY REOPENED BETWEEN INTERCHANGE 34A (SYRACUSE, I-481) & INTERCHANGE 25A (SCHENECTADY, BINGHAMTON, I-88)
Motorists are not able to exit the system at Interchange 28 (Fultonville) and Interchange 29 (Canajoharie); however, motorists are able to enter the system at these two points.

Motorists wishing to exit the system at Interchange 29A (Little Falls, Dolgeville) and Interchange 30 (Herkimer, Mohawk) are advised to follow all posted local detour routes.
