Default Brake lines...

Can u guys tell me the differance between brake hoses and caliper lines....When I orderd my calipers I was told to ask for the S.S. hoses and when i did I was told he only had the rear but when they arrived it says caliper lines and when I looked it up on the Ecklers site there seems to be a differance.....Please help...Thanx...Jerrylee///

I own a 72'... the front should have SS braided hoses from the calipers to the lines. In the rear you should have SS lines from the calipers to the SS braided lines, to the distribution block, and back to SS lines.

So in addition of the 2 rear caliper lines I still need to get the 4 SS hoses...Correct Thanx again...Jerrylee///

I dont know what you want exactly---the stainless lines are nice--the stainless braided hoses have been known to have aluminum ends and they strip easily.I use the stock steel braided rubber hoses with steel ends and had no problems.

The SS braided lines I bought from Eckler's several years back appear to have steel ends.
