IMO - On a stock engine, the normal range would be about 10psi per 1,000rpm...just a rule of thumb. (Maybe 15 - 20 at idle and 60 - 70 full tilt, higher when cold.)

The car isn't on the road yet...we just did a rebuild n now I'm waiting for my brakes.....It's just that yesterday I went to fire her up 4 my sons and I noticed the needle jumped to around 75 or 78......So she was cold and I didn't leave her on long enough to warm up.............Thanx...Jerrylee///
