Default window alignment.

I recently removed my drivers glass while I was replacing the gear in the regulator. I needed to strip old tint as well. When I got the glass back in it is way off of alignment. At full raise the front corner of the glass hits the a pillar keeping the door from closing. Also when I let the glass go back down without the motor installed the front of the glass wants to fall while the rear part stays up meaning it isnt going down level. I noticed there are two tracks one front and one rear but only the front has a roller. What should I do to adjust the glass? Also does the motor attach to the cover plate or bolt to the door frame, as I didnt take it out I cant see how it goes back.

There is a whole bunch of bits and pieces and rollers and tracks in there,I just assembled my doors that someone else took apart, good thing a spare door came with the car or I would have never figured it all out!The easiest thing for you may be to take off the pass side panel, and have a good look at it,a picture is worth a thousand words.
