Default Help AC Orifice Direction

I'm trying to put my ac system back together and not sure which way the orifice goes on an 82. Can anyone tell me does long end go in first or the short.

Thanks in advance

Long end goes in first. There is a tab on the short end so you can grab it to pull it out when you need to remove it.
