Headlight problem on 71' Vette
When I got my car back from being painted I first noticed they had reversed the hi and lo beam lamps. After putting them back in their proper places, I noticed that when the LO beams are on there is a slight illumination in the hi-beam. This is causing the Lo-beam to not be as bright as it should be. I checked the switch by installing a spare but that wasn't the problem. I then tried the dimmer with a replacement, while it wasn't an exact replacement it still did the same thing. Started looking for bad ground but really didn't find anything. Any Ideas would be appreciated.
