transmission leak continues
hey everyone, today i managed to replace my passenger mirror and in the process noticed that transmission fluid is still leaking from underneath my car. I had the car running for about 5 minutes and noticed the terrible red puddle. I took a closer look, and you could see it leaking from a metal line that runs underneath the oil pan and bends almost 90 degrees up...What are these lines....(I am not too mechanically inclined here, so please refrain from laughing too hard)...but this is where the tranny fluid is coming from ..Any input would greatly be appreciated it as always...marty

Sounds like you're talking about the transmission cooling lines. Both go to the radiator. 1 supply line, 1 return line. Check the connection at the tranny. Fluid will leak and run down the metal line and drip at the lowest point.
