transmission leak continues
hey everyone, today i managed to replace my passenger mirror and in the process noticed that transmission fluid is still leaking from underneath my car. I had the car running for about 5 minutes and noticed the terrible red puddle. I took a closer look, and you could see it leaking from a metal line that runs underneath the oil pan and bends almost 90 degrees up...What are these lines....(I am not too mechanically inclined here, so please refrain from laughing too hard)...but this is where the tranny fluid is coming from ..Any input would greatly be appreciated it as always...marty

It sounds like these are the two hard-lines that run all the way from your transmission all the way up to your radiator. These are your transmission cooler which is built into the passenger side of your radiator. They connect to the transmission just forward of the spot where the transmission dip-stick attaches to the transmission.
