Default C3 T-Top Question

Has anyone bought the one piece top for a C3 ? Are they any good, hard to work with? Leak? And last any changes to the early C3s to make it work? I see it uses a single latch and pin system and the early C3 have no pin just two hold down latches, AL.

I've only seen one and it was smoked glass.I didnt install it,it was on a customer car.It seemed pretty flimsy and was cracked in one corner. The weatherstrip where the side window came up was not formed to fit, looked like it would seal with car sitting still but doubt it at high speeds in the rain. This was about 6 years ago and might not be the brand your speaking of.I would want to have in hand before buying.Hope this helps.

Thanks, I agree, I would like to see one install first hand. The other option is to go with the factory 78-82 factory glass T-top but I don't know how to make the new style hold down work on a early (68) Corvette, AL.
