Changing Rear End Gear Ratio
I need to change the Rear end Ratio back to 3:36 from who knows what (I suspect 4:11s) Any one have any advice where to find info on how to do this daunting task????

This will help you,now if you do have 411's and they are not Tom's gear then the carrier is a 4 series and will require you to replace it with a 3 series.
This gets expensive. The best gears run about $300 and a used 3 series, if you can find one, is about $200. It would require posi rebuilding and you should tune it for the best operation. You can buy new Eaton carriers but the interenals are not to the level I like so I use the cases and custom build them- this is expensive too so you should really see what you have.
