Ok, rocket science question comming up: What wax is most of you using on your babies? I'm using Turtle wax....stuff, though I think I should be using Carnauba wax, which I have a tin of now that I think about it...Is it okay to apply Carnuaba wax over top of what its already waxed with...?

Re: Wax and other good stuff (82dukman)
Zaino is a lot of work -- but it has a really good shine.
If you are looking for a budget shine without the work of Zaino -- I use either McGuires Carnuba wax, after using the cleaner, and I also like the Eagle One Wet wax.
I have had good results with the McGuires line of car care products. Zaino is a fine product also, but I have better things to do with my time and effort. My car is a year round daily driver and have had no problems with the "off the shelf " brands. As a really good change of pace a good all in one wax, I like the Wax Shop brand.
It all boils down to your preference. When you ask for opinions you always get alot of different ones, mine included.
The most important thing to know is the type of paint that you will be waxing. Then read the label, then match the wax to the paint and follow the directions. Good luck.
