1972 big block/4 speed
jeeze,,always happens like this. My wife and I are shopping for a newer car for her( she is aussie,wants a small car,2 door,no vert,and good gas miliage,air,auto). The salesman calls.talks to her.She in turn,ask me to go look at it. As i test drive the car (2002 cavilear),the salesman and i are talking,as we have met many times before. He ask,,,you still looking for a vette? Yes, i answer,perhaps this winter when prices drop, i will get one. he ask what i want to buy...i answer..what i want, i cant afford,so i will most likely buy a c-3 vette,perferably a 72,or 3,or older. He says..my sister has a mmmm,i think,a 72 vette thats needs a little work..its a 454,4 speed and they are thinking of selling. this guy is a pretty straight up guy,,but here i am thinking..this is gotta be a deal and i bet i have to pass on it cause i just cant afford the payments a BB comes with. Sooo,he is calling his sis to find out the price..i will keep you guys posted...perhaps my lack of funds( if it works out that way) will be someones dream.
