OT, Ign Fuse blows as rpms increase

If you find that it's the coil gone bad, I'd personally go with an HEI. No point in using an aftermarket coil if it's not a hot rod, in my opinion.

I replaced the alternator since I thought maybe reg got damaged...same problem, fuse blows above 1700 rpm...I bypassed the fuse with a jumper wire and the thing backfired bad and almost died. Going to replace the coil next.
