Trial & error procudure. Start with a setting that makes your tires perpendicular to the ground once the car is down on the ground. Roll it back & forth a few times, bounce the rear, then let it sit for a while for the suspension to settle. Adjust again if needed. Then you can safely drive it to the alignment shop.
Did mine that way after a rear suspension rebuild and alingment guy said it was only 1* off!!!!

If it were me, forget about bouncing it. Set the camber and move it back and forth 20'-30'. The tires will reposition themselves. Then make an adjustment and move it again.
The reason for moving it back and forth is that the suspension will allow the the tire to fall into it's relaxed condition. It only takes a few revoltions of the tire for things to 'fall' in place. There is no need to send it to an alginment shop for a rear camg=ber setting. Most people can do this own thiei own with a level or a caster/camber gauge.
