Default Corvette Window Help Needed

Its been a long time since I've been involve in this and looking for pointers to save me so time and headaches. I will be coverting my door glass track system over from the 68-69E to the 69L-82 and did one side a good wile back and couldn't remember the easiest way to remove the door glass also couldn't remember if the regulator had to come out and what to remove first and what not to remove. I'm could just dig in to this and because of my 28+ in the mechnical trade but you guys could save me some time and steps. Thanks in advance AL.

Morning Al-It's been a few years since I last did this, but I think I can help out
Once the door panel is off, remove the strip of metal that holds the window felt(believe they're 3/8 bolts), and remove the plastic stops(big Phillips head screws) that prevent the window from going up too far. Now secure the window to keep it from dropping and unbolt the channel that the regulater rollers ride in from the window. You should be able to slide the window out from the top.
That's how I remember it, hope it helps!

I'm not sure of your conversion but to remove the glass only I would leave all the hardware intack-unattach just the glass at 3 points and remove the glass only.
