AC experts step inside........
Does anyone have info on where I can get a 90 degree elbow or the like that will fit the low side charge port for a '73 BB car. It looks inaccessible, but no that bad, but the two shops I stopped at did not have anything that would screw on the port. Too close to the evaporator housing?

I did change mine for a 134A conversion
The hardest part was removing the schrader valve as the adapter I bought would not trigger the the valve that was in the original fitting.
By the way, on the 73' the low side is the fitting on top of the compressor.
