Tie Rod Ends Removal - PITA

Tie Rod Ends Removal - PITA
I know this has been discussed before. However, a quick search did not turn up anything.
Replacing tie rods and I can't remove the outboard RH tie rod end. I got the castle nut off and I have soaked the threads over night.
I have used a pickle fork and even found that a spare lug nut has the same threads and used it to hammer from the top. Still won't come off!! :mad:
I don't have any way to heat it up. I thought I would check here to see if there are any other ideas before I have to go buy more tools!!

If you have the correct pickle fork ( and not a ball joint fork it should come out ) But the best is to smack the side That usually always causes it to drop out. The impact on the side is by far the best. :smash:

Thanks for the reply. I actually went back down and tried again and the pickle fork worked this time. I guess soaking it with WD40 last night did the trick. All back together now and moving to the left side. Wish me luck!! :yesnod:
