Default 81 lights

the lights wont go up or down when you pull them up and turn on the lights they go down,,, I checked the hoses and they seem ok

Well if they go down when turned on, something is backwards

Let me know what you find out. My headlights stopped popping up at Corvettes at Carlisle. Left early so as not to drive in dark without lights.
My vacuum system has been butchered by somebody that had the car before me. The wiper door has never worked and the override switch does not even have any hoses attached to it!!
I haven't started analyzing the problem yet, but have copied the posts that seem helpful. I'm just wondering where to start at!
