Default new engine problem
Whats your thoughts on new gm 350 290 horsepower crate engine making 125 pounds of compression and 11 inchs of vacume @ idle. valves are sealing cam timing verifys. no vacum leaks

sounds like your valves may be adjusted too tight.

Squirt a little oil in the cynender and try it again, the comp should come up if its rings not seating

Oil in cylinders had no effect, Think there is an assembley issue with the rings
