Default SBC heads

I have had a set of heads in my shop for about 20-25-years. They are complete and appear to have large exhaust ports and large valves (or have been port matched) ....both intake and exhaust. They also appear, to me, to have small chambers. The numbers on them are 8917291, and C177. Can anyone tell me what they are from and if they have any value.
Thanks,
Steve

Garden variety double hump heads cast back in 1967. No acessory holes so that is a show stopper for many vehicles. Nobody is going to fight you for them but they are good for a factory head. Maybe a resto project could use them.

My book says 64cc chambers, but doesn't mention valve sizes... As long as that first number is a 3 not an 8.

3917291: 1967 - 1968 302/327/350 Camel Hump, no accessory holes, 64cc chamber.

Cast date March 17, 1967 (C177: C=March, 17=17, 7=1967)

Dan

The 291's were built with two different valve sizes depending on engine application;
67-69, 307,327, 2.02x1.6
68-69, 350 1.94x1.5 63.305cc

I have a set of the smaller valves and was sure they were 64cc,,, but nastyz28 says different,,,
Although they are not a modern head they are far from junk, they can easelly run in the $400. naked up here in car shows.

Thanks for all of the help.

The heads are:
67 - 68 model
302 / 327 / 350
camel hump
no accessory holes
64 CC
valves are 2.02" & 1.60"
cast date in March 17, 1967

They have also been port matched. They are disassembled and need a good acid bath. They look to be in good shape. Little to no build-up.

Can anyone help me determine value?

thanks again,
Steve
