Is greenwood out of buisness and no one makes the body kit??
There is a guy that owns a storage buisness where I have one of
my old trucks at that has a 73 vette he has owned since new it
has the big fender wells like the cars in the pictures but I never
paid much atention to it or looked at it from the back end. I have
not been over to his place in awhile he may have sold the car. He
is an ex boat racer and has an offshore boat with two blown big
block chevys, uses an 18 wheeler like one I have to pull it around,
anyway I was more interested in his boat and truck and did not
pay much atention to the 73 vette.
TT, I might know where you could buy one for what you'll have in your beast I know you are not next to Norway but, did you see the thread on C action Cent regarding the sweet green C3 that he claims has a 70's LS7? I doubt it, but if it is that's a mill$ engine, I'm afraid he got fed a line though, if his # check out he hit the lottery.
Soory, done stealing your thread
I'll just need the panels..I know where I can get a front clip or at least the front panels,.. the door skins and rear quarters are the problem. Maybe greenwood will sponsor me and do me some for free..I love freebies
Greenwood is still in business in Florida, actually its his sons, still doing body kits primarily for C4-5-6 they still have some of the C3 stuff available. The original molds from the 70's are owned by a guy in Arizona named Bill Keef, he can be contacted at: imsagtcars@yahoo.net Put those fenders on TT and you can get some real meat under those fenders
My guess is that grezmonkeys kit came from Greenwood.
My front clip is from 1974, the rear clip 1977 both from American Custom Industries in Sylvania Ohio, at that time John Greenwood shared space with ACI.
HEY MONKEY !!!!! Tell us some stories on your girl...................
