More fuel system questions..
1) can the fuel pressure regulator be mounted sideways or does it always have to be mounted upright?
2) I bought one of those -8 AN carb feed setups. There are fittings in the carb that accept -6 AN carb feeds. In order to fit the new carb feed, can I remove those fittings and screw the carb feed right into the carb without fitting or do I need different fittings?

Not sure about the regulator, but you can replace the -6 AN fuel fitting with a -8 AN, something like this: Summit Part No. AER-FBM2007.
