Your engine ground is on the passengers side, it is the black cable under the frame engine mount. This ground is usually in good condition, but you be the judge. There is a frame to door sill ground strap at the #1 body mount location, but that shouldn't affect your engine swap. If you want to replace all of them, just buy the ground strap kit from one of the vendors.
