George, I don't have a problem with the allen bolts and I've not done any grinding on the manifold.
So, you just toss the front and rear block seals that come with the gasket kit? I've swapped several manifolds and until now, I have never had a problem with the cork or rubber front and rear seals. I'll give it a try if it leaks again. Also, what is the difference between all of the RTVs? I'm pretty much using Ultra Copper for everything.
I screwed up with the 1206 P/N, I meant 1204. I have AFR 190 heads w/o the head riser.
