I'm ready to buy one as well. Don't need the fan setup, but maybe we can get enough folks together to do a group purchase with Tom. How 'bout it, what can we bring it together?

I e-mailed DeWitts about a possible group deal. Wade, I've been on this forum a while and have not seen any negatives with their stuff. Plus, they stand behind their product and often help with the technical problems the pop up, mostly related to mounting or wiring the fans. Great vendor.

I've heard nothing bad about dewitts radiator and he seems to know his stuff regarding cooling and such. If you've got the dough, go for it. I couldn't shell out $500 + shipping so I just got a northern factory one and can't say anything bad about it, either.

I got it! I usually have one G/P per year and we had that one in March. 99% of our business is wholesale and we have to respect our dealers that may have some of these in stock. I don't want to start an official gp and get it sticky for weeks. So, how about a $50 discount to those active in this thread only, free shipping, and it's over by Friday. I think we can keep it on the down-low and not start a big brush fire to other threads or sections.

Talked to a very nice person at DeWitt's and she said I had to order it through the web site to get the discount. Mention "CFGP" (Corvetteforum group purchase). Did it yesterday.

No, she's wrong. You can call it in and just tell her I said so.

No Sweat, Tom. Now I just can't wait to get it! This is one of those things that I put off (nothing wrong with the old 4 core), but I have functioning A/C and want to be able to use it on the really warm days. Stock worked barely adequately while it was moving, but I'd have to turn off the A/C any time stop-and-go driving was called for.
