My buddy that has taught me practically everything I know about car stereo loves 'em. They've always been about top level sound quality, not the bling factor that is so prevalent among manufacturers now.

), those are very good high end amps. I would def ****** one up if your shopping around. Good quality.

P.S. I very rarely browse the audio section on this site...it's mainly questions pertaining to C4's - C6's. ( even though a generic amplifier question would fit in that range)

Zapco are def. very nice amps. Quality comes with a heafty price tag though. Im not a huge fan of multichannel amps though. I prefer to have seperate dedicated amps for my components and my subs, but thats just me.

Wow...I used to deal with fairly high-end stereo equipment, and I've never heard of them. I have a set of (unfortunately discontinued) JBL amps that I love.

JBL is crap these days. ZAPCO are very nice

These are old JBLs. I had a set that were made in the early 90s, they finally died due to some vibration issues, and I got two more when Crutchfield had them on discontinued clearance around 8 years ago. I got the original pair from a friend who used them in a competition system.
