Astro T-tops Question
As anyone bought these. I heard the the plexglass does not seal
tight on the windshield. I do not want to knock another man's product
but would like to buy something that works well and will last. Jay

The t-tops are built on original frames. They just have plexi instead of real glass. Assuming the weatherstripping is in good shape, it should fit exactly like OEM. The one piece astro-tops are a different story.

I was looking into getting these too and from what i have heard it is better to get the real glass ones because the plexi glass ones will eventually spider crack..... not through the whole thing but just looks spider cracked. Thats just what i heard though.

I heard that too that they spider crack. Why is my 87 targa top
which is lexan in excellant condition. I like this top but it is a small
pain to go around and unscrew everything. Also my wife likes her top
on when I have my off on the 81.
