valve train questions - help
in fact, some nights have been downright chilly!!
It is the last day of Sept afterall hard as it is to believe.
my club always has an exibition show inside one of the local malls at the end of Oct and after that the cars are pretty much done for the "season". In fact it was exactly the day following the mall show that I starting to take apart my motor and engine bay for my motor clean-up project on the '65 last year. This year our show is Sunday Oct 29th so I think when the cars get pulled back into the garage that night after the show that will be it for the year and than winter projects on both will start.
BTW, between working on the '78 and than problems with the '65 that i have yet to fully work out, I have a lot less milage on my '65 this year than you have on your '67!
only went to a few shows this year as opposed to one or two every weekend as in the past, no cruise nights at all, and just very, very little just pleasure driving this summer. Just never got enthused enough to hop in it and drive it.
I had other things going on this summer that were weighing heavily on me so I guess that was part of it and i just never was in the mood to take the car out, not to mention the frustration of not solving the persistent problem I've had with it so the few times I did drive it it was more frustrating than enjoyable...... hopefully nest season will be better.
such is life.
