Default 1982 Collector Edition

I have an '82 Collector Edition with the cross-fire injection engine. The engine is running rough -- instead of continuously feeding fuel, the TBI's are operating in a pattern where fuel is sprayed for about 1/2 second, then the fuel stops for 1/2 second and the cycle continues causing the engine to run poorly at best. I am trying to check for ECM fault codes to see if that is part of the problem, but I am unable to find the diagnostic link on this car. Does anyone know where it is?? Also, I would appreciate any thoughts on what could be causing this intermittent operation of the TBI's.

Default Fault Code 22

The ECM has a fault code of 22. Does anyone know how to address this issue? Also, is there any connection between this fault code and the rough running engine??
