GM performance parts, they have a universal 350 in 260 and 290hp versions. I think you could probably just bolt up your crossfire to it. Keep the original block though, dont dispose of it. Theres a post running around now concerning this motor. Place in Texas had it for 1600 and change plus 125 shipping.

carefull with the HP rating, heads and cam. The computer in the 82 vettes can not handle much of change from the stock set up with out doing programming or replacing the computer with an aftermarket. Rebuild your original if you can....
you live in mechanicsville, you should have no problem finding a mechanic...lol...Find a reputable machine shop or mechanic in your area. I am sure someone on the forum can recomend one for you. Have them build the motor and put it in the car. Then see if you can find someone local that knows crossfire injection and have them set the crossfire injection up and balance the throttle bodies. It will cost some $$ but it will be worth it. It should cost around 3K to have it done right.
